Shipping and returns
Shipping
We ship worldwide using Shopify’s trusted network of carriers. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.
For orders within Hong Kong:

Standard shipping is free on purchases over HKD 800.

For orders below this threshold, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Hong Kong: 3 business days

Asia Region: 5–7 business days

International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please submit a request through our customer service by sending us an email to info@petiteplaythings.com. Return instructions will be provided upon approval.

For returns from Hong Kong and Macau, return shipping is complimentary.

For all other locations, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Please note:

Partial returns from bundles, sets, or promotional offers will void the original discount. The value of the offer will be deducted from the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed once returned items are inspected and approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Final Sale Items
Gift cards and any products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged, unless found to be defective.
